This Won't Fix You

Being Curious: B-Side - Jung's Shadow Theory

Nadine Pittam Episode 12

There are things that influence us which lie deep in our subconscious. This episode is about some of those. They are psychological backseat drivers. We all have a shadow, and into our shadow we stuff all the parts of ourselves we wish weren't true. And we stuff them in so well that we don't even know they're there. But they affect our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
This episode is all about that! And I think it's a belter.
As always, the things I discuss here are of a reasonably challenging nature, but I do stay away from trauma.
